Santa Fe de Bogotá, D.C., cinco (5) de octubre de mil novecientos noventa y nueve (1999).

 

1. En la Sentencia T-555 del 2 de agosto de 1999, proferida por esta Sala, debido a un error de transcripción, se alude en varios de sus apartes al fallo de primera instancia de la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogotá.

 

2. En consecuencia, se corrige la mencionada Sentencia en el sentido de entender que la Corte se refiere al fallo de primera instancia proferido por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cundinamarca.
